Anita Vasudeva, Co-founder, Fleximoms
Anita is the woman Whitney Houston had in mind when she sang “I am every woman”. That is what happens, when you have spent a couple of decades going through life with full gusto, sincerity and strength. In 2006 Anita Vasudeva and Sairee Chahal came together to set up SAITA Consulting Pvt Ltd., a consulting firm focused on Small and Medium Businesses and transforming entrepreneurial businesses. SAITA is also home to www.rovingwriters.com - a leisure and literary content business. A Lady Shri Ram and Sophia Bombay girl, Anita started as a filmmaker but quickly moved on to other roles, spending a significant time of her career in the travel industry, where she worked with Vista Travels Pvt. Ltd creating and managing business divisions. She was a co-founder and director of Interzign Solutions and www.journeymart.com, one of the first travel portals in India. Anita has also set up offices for Dorling Kindersley Learning and Happy World Publishing in India, and contributed to varied businesses when she accompanied her husband and baby on Naval postings across India. Anita has an umbilical link to the world of writing and literature. She not only leads several writing related initiatives but is also one of the most coveted editorial advisors in India. One of the pursuits that drives Anita is helping individuals finding direction and balance in their work-life decisions. Anita is also a Director at the maxiMum store co. - a space for evolving multi-tasker urban women.

Sairee Chahal, Co-founder, Fleximoms
Sairee is a woman with a rare gift - an ability to find, connect, analyze and contextualize webs of information, and then bring a keen and innovative vision and thought to create and execute. In 2006 Anita Vasudeva and Sairee Chahal came together to set up SAITA Consulting Pvt Ltd., a consulting firm focused on Small and Medium Businesses and transforming entrepreneurial businesses. SAITA is also home to www.rovingwriters.com - a leisure and literary content business. Sairee has worked in start-up mode as well as in large set-ups in research and consulting capacities. This includes setting up Russia and CIS practice for Heidrick & Struggles HSII www.heidrick.com and Confederation of Indian Industry www.cii.in. Sairee started her career as a journalist with Advertising & Marketing magazine and quickly moved on to set-up world’s first daily for mariners - www.newslinkservices.com. Sairee went to Jawaharlal Nehru University for an M.Phil in international Relations and to IMT, Ghaziabad for a PG in business management. You would easily imagine she lives online if you didn't know what a strong foothold she has in the very real world around her. It is a world that includes business, a 4 year old, a household and varied interests. Sairee is also a Director at the maxiMum store co., a space for women. Sairee is a visiting faculty at IIFT, New Delhi and a member, CII Committee for MSMEs.

Rachna Chawla, Program Director, Fleximoms
Embracing life in its full glory and living it well – Rachna Chawla is a woman who believes in the power of possibility and when you meet her you know why. An accomplished OD consultant, leadership facilitator and coach, her experience spans across corporates, social enterprises and the education sector. Rachna is a certified MBTI & FIRO B Trainer and a Certified Assessor. Her corporate assignments include DSP Merill and Deloitte (CIS). She was a part of the core team at iDiscoveri Education Pvt Ltd. Rachna continues to work as a leadership coach with the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL), and support RAHI Foundation as a strategic consultant. She is an IIM, Ahmedabad, LSR College and Modern School, New Delhi alumni. Rachna also spends time working with academia and served as Faculty at CIAM and Pearl School of Business. Some of her favourite roles are mum, homework-helper, cook, poet and writer.
