Custom Search (Flex)
  • Flex Role (Junior or Middle, up to 8 years exp) Rs 8,000
  • Flex Role (Senior) Rs 18, 000 Flex Role = Part time / Work From Home / Telecommute / Flex work day or week
Custom Search (Regular)
  • Junior (1-4 yrs) Rs 9,000
  • Middle (5-8 years) Rs 21,000
  • Senior (9 + years) Rs 35,000

  • Complete and mail the form and templates to us
  • Our Team will confirm receipt and begin the search process as defined above.
  • Conduct scheduled interviews set up by the Fleximoms Team
  • Make payments after final selection against invoice

  4. All terms and conditions refer to the Company searching for employee candidates as ‘Client’ and to Fleximoms, WorkFlex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as ‘Fleximoms’

Candidate Search Services:

  • Fleximoms will treat candidates hired by Client as exclusive and will not approach them for any other roles during the currency of the contract.
  • Fleximoms scope of work is limited to the Fleximoms 5-step Model and does not include any additional elements
  • In case of Attrition of Candidates:
    • Fleximoms will be responsible for replacing a candidate free of cost, if the attrition occurs within the first 1 month cycle; only if Client meets the following conditions:
    • Candidate is given work within 1 week of joining and is able to have immediate earning potential as per the agreed contract/ recruitment terms
    • Candidate is paid the full amount due for the first cycle of 1 month of work put in (based on candidates hired during the 1 month and as per contractual agreements)
  • Fleximoms will not be liable to replace the candidate free of cost under the following circumstances:
    • If there are any disciplinary or legal issues on the part of the candidate or Client leading to attrition
    • If the candidate is not performing to the technical or functional standards specified during the training process by Client
    • If the attrition occurs after the successful completion of the first 1 month cycle
