How to post a Job
  • Sign Up as an Employer
  • Our Team will send you an email with an Order Form and JD Template
  • Complete and mail the form and templates to us
  • Make the payment. The process will be shared with you on the email.
  • On receiving the payment, your Job/s will be posted on the Job Board and you will receive a confirmation

Job Board Posting

  • Jobs will be posted on Job Board (www.fleximoms.in) within 24 hours of Client payment being received and realized in full
  • If a Job Posting Request is denied, and payment is realized, a full refund will be made within one working week to the Client
  • If Client does not revert on shortlisted CVs within 2 weeks, invoice will be raised for the same. Payment to be cleared within one week of raising invoice.
  • Fleximoms does not undertake any responsibility for responses and makes or implies no guarantees that the Client will receive responses to jobs posted in the Regular or Premium Job Board
  • Fleximoms will not share any Candidate databases with the Client. All applications to the Jobs posted on the Job Board (Regular & Premium) will be received directly by the Client and Fleximoms is not responsible for any loss in transition
  • In case of Regular Job Board Posting, the job will be posted for a period of 30 days
  • In case of Premium Job Board Posting, the posting, micro page and logo ticker will be up for 90 days, and the advertisement will appear in the next scheduled quarterly Fleximoms Newsletter
